Susan graduated from Tyler School of Art Temple University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and continued her studies in Arts and Technology at Philadelphia University.
Susan joined LeGrand Associates in Phila in 1983. She has shown her art in multiple galleries. Prior to coming to LeGrand Associates Susan worked as an Art Therapist for Northeast Community Center for the Aging and was a Fabric Designer for Quality Weaving Inc. Susan joined LeGrand Associates in Philadelphia and completed her apprenticeship with Joseph LeGrand Jr, mastering the art of creating custom artificial eyes and scleral shells from start to finish.
Susan's patients come from far and wide because of her compassionate nature, individual treatment, and an eye for detail.
Susan’s work was featured in the video, “An Artful Eye: Paul Kraynak is feeling happy at LeGrand Associates Ocularists.”
